2024 LYB Little League Spring Season

Head Coach The head coach is the person who is accountable and responsible for the team to Lebanon Youth Baseball. This volunteer organizes team activities, practices and game plan. The head coach must have open communication with players and parents.

Team Manager The Team Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Little League team. This volunteer will represent the team at all league events. The manager shall always be responsible for the team's development, knowledge of the rules and the team's conduct.

Assistant Coach The assistant coach is there to support the head coach. In the event of the absence of the head coach, an assistant coach will assume the head coach duties. The assistant coach is to instruct and ensure the well being of each player.

LYB League Volunteer LYB Volunteer requirement is 1 shift per family registered with LYB. This is for a 4 hour shift in either the concession stand or volunteering for opening day. There will be a sign up sheet sent out at the beginning of the season for shifts.
