COVID-19 Delays Start of LYB Season until May 29

On April 30,  Governor Dewine exteded the stay at home order in the state of Ohio until Friday, May 29, 2020.
The order mandates no social gatherings of more than 10 people.
The state of Ohio has implemented a plan to re-open business and moving life forward.

There was no mention of a time frame for Youth Sports Organizations to begin play.

So Lebanon Youth Baseball will continue to delay operations and wait out the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will continue to follow the directives of the state of Ohio, the Centers for Disease Control and Little League Baseball International.
Lebanon Youth Baseball is still preparing to conduct a spring baseball season when the situation is safe to proceed.

On Thursday, April 30, Little League International canceled the 2020 Little League World Series and Regional Tournaments for ALL levels of play.
Little League will be working with the local leagues to help facilitate a season once state and health officials give the go ahead.

Should the situation change that we will be unable to safely present a spring baseball season, we will notify everyone with a plan in place for a refund policy.

We thank you for your continued patience as we all navigate this pandemic.
Thank you for your support of Lebanon Youth Baseball.
Please be safe and socially distant.
We are all in this together.
